Quick answers

How do I choose photos for editing?

Open your gallery, tap the check mark on each favourite, and choose Standard or VFX. When everything looks right, use “Review & Lock”. A locked selection can only be changed by contacting me.

What if I choose more photos than my package includes?

The gallery shows the exact extra charge before you lock anything. Each additional standard photo is 75 Kč and each VFX edit beyond the package is 150 Kč. Nothing is added silently.

What is the difference between an ACC and GAL code?

Your ACC code unlocks your whole account and every gallery, so it is private and must not be shared. A GAL code opens only one gallery and is safe to share. If an account holder chooses to share an ACC code, they are responsible for access caused by that sharing.

When will my finished photos arrive?

Timing depends on the session and number of VFX edits. Your client account always shows the current state. You will receive an email as soon as the finished photos are ready.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. More than seven days before the session, use the option in your client account. Closer to the date, send a request here so you and I can agree on the best solution.
